The Lakes Gin is a classic English gin with vibrant notes of juniper, cracked black pepper and orange peel.

The Lakes Distillery elevate flavour by using only a select few botanicals, gently infusing them in the finest British wheat spirit, distilling in their traditional copper pot still and only drawing the purest water from their Lake District National Park home in a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

By steeping the botanicals overnight like loose-leaf tea, they interact freely with the warm spirit to encourage the essential oils to release more slowly, protecting their delicate nature. The traditional copper pot still then runs slow and long to extract the maximum amount of flavour.

The end result? A classic English gin with vibrant notes of juniper, cracked black pepper and orange peel. Gently distilled with the luxury of time for exceptional smoothness. Simply beautiful.

Steel Bonnets is the first cross-border blend of exceptional English and Scotch malt whiskies. At its heart is single malt whisky from The Lakes Distillery, created with love and great care in the Lake District National Park. 
Creamy vanilla and comforting woodsmoke are interwoven to create a whisky born of the unique rugged character and heritage of the of the Scottish & English borderlands. The whisky has creamy, slightly nutty & full bodied flavour. Bottled at 46.6% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered.

The signature release in The One collection, this is a singular blend of The Lakes Single Malt and select Scotch grain and malt whiskies from the Highlands, Speyside and Islay. Personally sourced and blended in the Lake District National Park by our whiskymaker, Dhavall Gandhi.

This is a complex yet balanced fine blended whisky with hints of stone fruit, treacle, light spice on the nose. Deliciously compelling on the palate with notes of honey-roasted nuts, wood spice, dried fruits and gentle wood smoke.

Non-chill filtered for a richer mouthfeel and fuller flavour, with only the natural colours derived from the oak casks in every bottle. Bottled at 46.6% ABV.

The miniature version of dead man's fingers hemp rum!  They have taken classic Caribbean rum with its’ exotic spices and ingeniously infused it with natural hemp and CBD. As you’d expect there are distinct grassy herbal back-notes supported by a hint of cola, roasted waves of freshly percolated coffee, hops and a dash of pine. It’s all very delicious, a little bit grown-up, and a lot unexpected.

The miniature version of dead man's fingers spiced rum!  Where a blended rum meets exotic spices to create a unique and distinctive flavour profile. Those familiar with Saffron cake will certainly find a hint of that alongside notes of Pedro Ximénez Ice cream. Next comes a whisper of creamy caramel followed by vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and of course, those subtly sweet undertones of orange. Some have even found notes of pineapple, dried raisins and a pinch of black pepper – but we think they’re just showing off.

The miniature version of dead man's fingers coconut rum!  If you love the tropical flavour of coconuts, then you’ll love this variation of Dead Man’s Fingers. Discover elements of juicy mango, raisins, runny caramel, coconut ice (of course) and a slight citrusy trace of lime peel. Balance is achieved with a whiff of vanilla and a dash of clove. We say, “yes please.”
