Gin

Citadelle is a very special gin based on a recipe that dates back to 1775. The 19 botanicals are distilled over an open flame, using a copper pot still. Citadelle Gin has a delicate and fragrant nose of fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, stronger, more herbaceous aromas of anise, grains of paradise and cinnamon develop in a most remarkable way. The appetizing bouquet is reminiscent of gardens in springtime. On the palate, juniper gives way to a voluptuous complexity redolent of fresh flowers, leading into an elegant, round and highly refined finish.

Cotswolds Dry Gin is a delectable blend of nine carefully considered botanicals, including lavender from here in the Cotswolds. Our IWSC Gold Award winning gin is clean and balanced with juniper and citrus notes. Great served with tonic or on ice.

Cotswolds Ginger Gin is a warming and spicy barrel-aged gin combining Cotswolds Dry Gin, American oak barrels, candied ginger and fresh orange peel to create a spirited gin with exceptional depth of flavour. Sip over ice with a twist of orange peel, or hot with fresh-pressed apple juice for the perfect winter warmer.

Wild Winter Berries has rich notes of Blueberries, Sloes and Damsons which lay above citrusy undertones of douglas fir. In keeping with the Yorkshire Explorer brand this product is both visually beautiful and smooth to drink!

Each bottle is labeled, waxed and quality checked by the head distiller before being given a Yorkshire Explorer stamp of approval on the bottle lid. With rich colour tones and a striking window effect this bottles makes the perfect gift or looks great on the shelf at home.

Produced at their distillery in the heart of the dales each bottle of Wild Winter Berries is produced with local damsons, sloes and blueberries. With an abundance of wild berry and citrus flavours, This intensely smooth gin is the perfect winter warmer or a fantastic all year round G&T!

Organically-produced wheat spirit is macerated for 18 hours with eight different botanicals, including Sweet Gale harvested from the family farm. As the spirit runs off the still it undergoes a unique juniper filtration process, which Dutch gin spirit distillers call ‘dubbel gebeide genever’. This double-contact method results in a pronounced juniper flavour. The spirit has pure water added to it before it is rested for a minimum of two weeks and then bottled at 46% ABV.
