How To Make:

Add all ingredients into the glass.
Add 3 cucumber slices & stir

QUINCE APPARITION

What You Need:

50ml Whitley Neill Quince
100ml Pear & Apple Juice
Raspberries

How To Make:

Muddle the Whitley Neill Quince with the Raspberries.
Fill the glass with cubed ice.
Add the pear & apple juice, stirring the muddled raspberries up through the drink.

What You Need:

50ml Whitley Neill Quince Gin
35ml Cloudy apple juice
10ml Elderflower cordial
10ml fresh lemon juice
10ml fresh lime juice
Slice of cucumber & lemon wedge

How To Make:

Prepare a highball glass half-filled with ice. Then add ingredients into a shaker. Shake hard and pour into the highball. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a wedge of lemon.
