Pale yellow color with green hues, intense aromas of pineapple and mango with soft herbal notes. In mouth is a very fresh wine, with perfect acidity and fruity finish.
Perfect with vegetable entrées, seafood and pastas. Also makes a great combination with goat's cheese.
Hand harvested from fruit in the Casablanca Valley.
After harvest, grapes go through maceration at controlled temperature (10-12°C) for 6 hours. Grapes are then pressed and decanted to separate juice from solids. Fermentation is carried out for 15 days at low temperatures (<14°C).
