Trinity 25 70cl

At 25%ABV, Trinity25 is the lighter alternative to gin (it also only has 7 calories per unit!).

To make Trinity25, we small batch distill 100% English grain spirit. Then we cold infuse it with juniper berries and our ‘Trinity’ of spiced botanicals:

            •  Cardamom (for a smooth spiced taste)
            •  Coriander seeds (delivering a crisp citrus bite)
            •  Black Pepper (to give a subtle kick)

All wrapped up in a beautiful 19th century style apothecary bottle with a stunning pearlescent label.

The simplicity of our mixture provides a smooth spiced taste, whilst delivering a crisp citrus bite, all topped off with the subtle kick of black pepper!
