Food Matching

Vineyard
The grapes are hand harvested from selected vineyards in the high area of the Mendoza River and in the East region of the Province of Mendoza
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed followed by cold maceration prior to fermentation. Selected yeasts are used to start a controlled fermentation, which takes place at 23-25ºC for 15 days. The wine has some contact with oak before being filtered and bottled

Angela Mount Bright, juicy and soft, this is Malbec on it's lighter, but equally delicious scale. Bursting with perfumed, succulent cherry and ripe plum fruit aromas, it's a delightful mid-weight red, full of moreish, smooth, berry fruit,with a hint of herbs, but most importantly a bright, lively style; and at 13% alcohol it's a lot fresher than many of the Malbec blockbusters.
