Sipsmith was established in 2007 by childhood friends Fairfax Hall and Sam Galsworthy. United in their passion for martinis and gin, they established a small London distillery, even getting a law changed in 2008 to allow such small-scale distillation.

Their vision was to create a London Dry that followed English tradition, a vision which they have since accomplished. The brand's name finds its origins in the smithery that the founders claim you can taste in every sip.

Sipsmith Sloe Gin is no exception to this rule - the quality craftsmanship of the brand really shines through here.
