Genepi Grand Tetras 70cl

Established at the end of the nineteenth century by Felix Bigallet, the Bigallet distillery is found in the South-East region of France called Isère. They produce plant liqueurs which are a speciality from the French Alps, and here we have the Grand Tétras Génépi.

Génépi is an alpine plant which is handpicked at high altitudes, then dried, distilled and macerated according to a traditional recipe. The liqueur offers aromatic and herbal notes and low levels of sweetness which make way for a bitter and powerful drinking experience. The flavours slightly vary from season to season due to the changing climate of the alps, which is an exciting aspect of this liqueur.
