Estrella Damm Beer 24 x 330ml

Established in 1876, Estrella Damm lager has a rich history and is one of the UK's most popular beers. Fleeing the Franco-Prussian War, founder August Kuentzmann Damm settled in Barcelona and pursued his dream of producing beer.

Brewed as the perfect beer for this Mediterranean climate, Damm created a Mediterranean lager that was much more light and refreshing that those found in central Europe. The Estrella Damm we sell today follows the original recipe, using entirely natural ingredients which they source from local farmers.

One special ingredient in the recipe is Estrella Damm's strain of yeast, which has been used for generations and is stored under maximum security in three reserves across Spain and the UK, so their lager must be special! Their iconic brown bottle has been made extra dark in colour to protect the precious beer from harmful light and keep it fresh and tasting amazing.
