A complex bourbon carefully aged for no less than 10 years. Each barrel is discriminately selected, ensuring each bottle offers consistent flavour, with a seemingly individual personality.
Eagle Rare is produced at The Buffalo Trace Distillery, the longest continuously-run distillery in the US. The site was first established at the end of the 1700s and has been making whiskey ever since.
The nose is complex, with aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak. The taste is bold, dry and delicate with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa. The finish is dry and lingering.
