In 1942, Don Julio Gonzalez had the vision to create a luxury tequila brand, using only the highest quality blue agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. His crops are spaced further apart meaning they have greater room to grow healthily and reach maturity, therefore creating a better spirit.

The crops are grown for seven to ten years, handpicked and hand-cut, then the juice is fermented and distilled into the tequila found within Don Julio's beautiful bottles.

Here we have Don Julio Gonzalez Reposado Tequila, an 8-month aged tequila with a golden amber appearance. Its rich, smooth finish emerges from the ageing process as it rests in American white-oak for four times the industry standard for a Reposado. Aromas of mellow citrus and stone fruits are layered with spicy notes and followed by soft and mellow hints of dark chocolate and cinnamon on the palate.
