Coopers brewery began in 1862 when their founder Thomas Cooper brewed his first beer. According to the story, his intention was to brew a tonic for his sick wife but his friends and family couldn't resist its delicious taste. His production of ales improved batch by batch and eventually, Thomas Cooper passed down his well-established brewery to the younger Cooper generations.
To this day, the Cooper family still operate and work in the Adelaide brewery. The family claim a passion for quality brewing and take pride in the complex flavours that emerge from their simple recipes of malt, hops, water and yeast. Here we have their Original Pale Ale which is naturally conditioned in the bottle by adding a small amount of live yeast just before packaging, sparking a second fermentation process.
This Pale Ale suits any occasion with its fruity and floral character balanced with a crisp bitterness, and their signature sediment gives their ales a fine cloudy appearance. Grab your bottles of this delicious Australian drink at Spirit Store now.
