St. Giles Distillery is a proudly independent, Norfolk-based producer of high quality gin and is the home of award winning St. Giles, St. Giles Divers’ Edition and St. Giles Raspberry, Rhubarb and Ginger.
Handcrafted in our custom-made copper still, each of our products boast their own unique, complex and subtle character, yet are connected by a luxurious, velvety smoothness. Our slow and careful distillation process ensures that the delicious blend of flavours is retained within the spirit, resulting in beautifully rounded and delicate gin, perfect for taste explorers.
As well as boasting a higher ABV than their original spirit, St. Giles Divers’ Edition is created using a distinctive blend of 10 carefully selected botanicals, including Norfolk samphire, cubeb berries, sea kelp and liquorice root.
The 11 carefully selected botanicals - which include rose petals, lemon grass and grains of paradise - are infused in a bespoke copper still by Head Distiller Pete Margree to create this modern and sophisticated signature gin.
Created using over 20kg of fresh, local fruit and utilising a unique production process, combining distillation of rhubarb and an infusion of raspberries, gives this beautifully refreshing gin an intense depth of fruity flavour.
