1) Eggnog
Traditionally enjoyed at Christmas in the United States, eggnog is a sweetened milk based drink that is perfect for the festive period. Kick off your Christmas by creating your very own batch of this classic holiday beverage. It’s warming and delicious, and of course, packed with delicious alcohol.
Ingredients
3 egg yolks
75g golden caster sugar
800ml whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cinnamon sticks
150ml Bacardi Reserva Rum
200ml whipping cream
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Method
Step 1 - Whisk together all of the egg yolks and your sugar in a bowl.
Step 2 - Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the vanilla extract and cinnamon sticks. Place this over a medium low heat and bring just to the boil.
Step 3 - Pour the hot milk over the egg mixture and whisk well. Pour this back into a cleaned out pan and place on a low medium heat. Stir constantly until slightly thickened.
Step 4 - Remove from the heat and add in your rum. Set your final mixture aside to cool for around half an hour and then chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Step 5 - Finish your eggnog off by adding the cream and sprinkling your drink with some ground cinnamon. Then, sit back and enjoy your Christmas cocktail!
2) Sparkling Clementine

150ml Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge Orange Liqueur
250ml chilled clementine juice
2 clementines
Chilled bottle of Belstar Prosecco
Method
Step 1 - Mix together orange liqueur and clementine juice in a jug. Chill this until you are ready to serve.
Step 2 - Thinly slice your clementines ready for serving.
Step 3 - When ready to serve, pour your prosecco of choice into the jug and stir.
Step 4 - Serve and enjoy!
3) Christmas Cosmo

Ingredients
150 ml Ciroc Vodka
200 ml pomegranate and cranberry juice blend
50 ml Dark Matter Chocolate Orange Rum Liqueur
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
Lime twists
Method
Step 1 - Pour all of your liquids into a large measuring jug or pitcher.
Step 2 - Add your ice and stir until all mixed together and cooled.
Step 3 - Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime twist.

Ingredients
50ml Talisker Storm
3 tsp honey
1 cinnamon stick
1 lemon
2 cloves
Method
Step 1 - Mix together your whisky and honey, splitting between two heatproof glasses once thoroughly whisked.
Step 2 - Add half of the cinnamon stick to each glass, topping both up with boiling water.
Step 3 - Add a splash of lemon juice, a slice of lemon, and a clove to each serving.
Step 4 - Enjoy your festive drink!
5) Winter Whisky Sour

Ingredients
50ml Bulleit Bourbon
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh orange juice
½ tbsp sugar syrup
2 slices of oranges
Honey
Method
Step 1 - Fill each glass with crushed ice and decorate with honey around the glass
Step 2 - Grab a cocktail shaker and put in your bourbon with lemon juice, orange juice and sugar syrup.
