BarSol began its story in Ica, Peru with a view to creating a spirit from nothing but grapes. Not a single other ingredient is added and the grapes are at first fermented and turned into wine. The wine is then distilled to a pure, clear and smooth spirit called Pisco. Quebranta Primero is the name of the high-quality grapes grown in the region.
Although Pisco is a brandy, it does not meet your expectations of the traditional drink as it is completely clear with a perfect balance of fresh, creamy, nutty and fruity tastes. Barsol Pisco produces delightful cocktails and works brilliantly in the classic Pisco Sour or the Pisco Punch. It has a non-aromatic, smooth finish.
